村级权力生态及其运行的政治学考察

摘　　要：村级权力研究是现代农村政治研究的重要组成部分。随着农业现代化进一步发展,当下的农村社会传统文化因素日益衰退,而理性的经济因素占据主要地位,农村基层政治同样受到现代化发展的冲击。村级权力生态由村内各权力主体之间的关系、乡村权力与乡镇权力间的关系及其运行方式、乡村权利的实现和保障等方面构成,村内权力结构和运行方式受到理性化经济因素和现代文化因素的影响。从村级权力生态角度重新审视村级内部权力、乡村权利、乡村权力与乡镇权力之间的关系以及村级权力与农村社会环境的关系,对农村基层政权结构和现状研究具有重要意义。Village level power research is an important part of modern rural political studies. With the further development of agricultural modernization, the current rural traditional cultural factors are declining, and the rational economic factors are occupying the main position. The rural grass-roots political is also impact by the development of modernization. Village level power ecology is comprised of the relationship between the right subject of villages, the relationship between village level power and town power and its operation mode,the realization and guarantee of rural rights. The village power structure and operation mode is affected by rational economic factors and modern cultural factors. From the perspective of village power ecology re-examining rural power,rural rights,the relationship between rural power and township power and the relation of the village power and rural social environment,it has the vital significance to the research of the rural grass-roots political power structure and the present status.
