摘　　要：近年来,印度综合国力不断提升,发展速度令世界瞩目,俨然成为国际上一支不可忽视的重要力量,世界各大国纷纷与其发展更为密切的合作关系。本文致力于全面考察印度发展过程中所处内外环境,深入分析影响其发展的有利因素和主要障碍。在此基础上进一步从政治、经济、军事、科技、外交等领域探究助力印度崛起的战略支撑。总体上看,印度崛起具有相当坚实的战略支撑,但这将是一个长期而缓慢的过程。India's comprehensive national strength has been continuously promoted in recent years with a fast development speed attracting the attention of the international community,which makes it an important and unneglectable force in the world,and leads great powers to develop closer and more cooperative relations with it actively. This paper devotes to the overall review of India's internal and external environments in the process of its development,and analyzes in depth the favorable factors and main obstacles to its development.On this basis,this paper further explores the strategic supports of India`s rise from the aspects of politics,economy,military,science and technology,and diplomacy. In general,the rise of India has solid strategic supports,but it will be a long and slow process.
