六年制农村小学教师培养进程中的问题与措施探讨

摘  要:六年制农村小学教师定向培养是加强农村小学教师队伍建设的重要举措。从目前六年制农村小学教师培养实施进程来看,还存在招生欠科学、机制不健全、管理不规范、定位不准确、学习缺动力等诸多问题。可采取以下改革措施:政府部门优化招生录取程序,创新遴选机制,支持小学教育教学基地建设;培养学校规范管理方式,准确定位培养目标,优化课程设置;学生本人提高从教兴趣,增强学习动力,规划职业生涯。The six-year fulltime cultivating rural primary school teachers is an important measure to strengthen the construction of rural primary school teachers. Seen from the process of implementation of six-year fulltime training rural primary school teachers , there exist such problems as unscientific recruitment of students, unsound mechanism, less standard management, inaccurate positioning, learning lack of power and so on. The following measures can be taken: government departments' optimizing the admissions process, innovating selection mechanism, supporting base construction of primary school teaching ; training school management mode, orientating training target accurately , optimizing the curriculum; Students' improving the interest in teaching, enhancing the learning motivation and planning career.
