摘 要:统计了中国东西部6个煤矿典型案例,总结分析了影响窄煤柱变形破坏的关键因素。利用FLAC数值计算研究了不同煤层强度和厚度、煤层埋深、基本顶强度、掘进和采动以及支护强度等因素影响下窄煤柱变形破坏特征,确定了这些因素的影响效果;在基本顶能沿采空区边缘切断的前提下,坚硬的基本顶有利于窄煤柱的稳定;沿空掘巷窄煤柱的宽高比对围岩变形的影响最大,过小的宽高比容易造成煤柱本身整体失稳;锚杆对窄煤柱浅部围岩强度进行强化,提供一定的侧向约束力,控制煤柱表面向巷道内移动。最终提出不同影响因素下保障窄煤柱稳定的控制对策。Six coal mines in the western and eastern part of China were investigated to analyze and summarize the key factors affecting the deformation and failure of the narrow coal pillar in gob-side en- try driving. With the adoption of FLAC numerical simulation software, this paper has studied the influ- ences of various factors, e.g., coal seam strength and thickness, coal seam buried depth, main roof strength, excavating and mining, and the support intensity on the deformation and failure of the narrow coal pillar, and has identified the effect of these factors. When the main roof can be cut off along the gob edge, the hard main roof is conductive to the stability of the narrow coal pillar; the ratio of the pillar width to the height has the most significant impact on the surrounding rock deformation; small width to the height ratio will predispose the pillar to its overall instability; the reinforcement of the shallow sur- rounding rock of the narrow coal pillar with bolt support will impose a certain lateral restriction on the pillar which can effectively prevent the pillar from moving towards the roadway. According to the re- search results, we have put forward controlling countermeasures for different influencing factors to en- sure the stability of the narrow coal pillar.
