摘  要:深部开采条件下,弱胶结围岩条件下邻近大巷掘进相互扰动影响较大。针对弱胶结砂岩强度、相邻巷道间距、巷道间层位、巷道掘进顺序、巷道掘进错距等影响巷道掘进的扰动因素,采用理论分析和数值模拟等手段研究不同影响因素对巷道围岩稳定性影响规律。结果表明:1)随着水平间距逐渐变大,巷道周围应力分布逐渐规则,水平间距≥40 m时,先掘巷道围岩的变形量变化不大,巷道互相干扰程度逐渐减小;间距为20 m时,先掘巷道非对称变形严重,沿巷道掘进方向,先掘巷道右帮变形量是左帮变形量的2.4倍;2)邻近巷道间距不变,邻近巷道间垂直距离在-34~34 m范围内变化时,垂距为0时,巷间扰动效应最弱,巷间水平距离的增加则巷道间的掘进扰动效应明显减弱;3)巷道以左中右顺序掘进时,先掘巷道净移近量最小为15.2 mm,总变形最小为0.11 m,按左中右顺序掘进为最优方案;4)邻近巷道掘进前后错距为60 m时巷道关键点的位移变化率显著,左侧巷道围岩受扰动程度为右帮〉顶板〉左帮〉底板。在此综合分析基础上,提出巷道掘进影响因子并建立巷道稳定性评价指标,对巷道采掘及支护有一定的指导意义。The interactive disturbances of main roadway excavating in weakly consolidated sand for- mations are relatively strong under deep mining conditions. In view of strength of weakly consolidated sand, roadway distance, vertical dimension, roadway excavation sequence, alternate distance of road- way and other factors, the changing laws of surrounding rock stability are studied through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results have shown that l) As the horizontal distance increases, surrounding rock stress distribution gradually shows regularity: When the distance is more than or equal to 40 m, the displacement of key point changes little, and the interference of roadway gradually de- creases; when roadway distance reaches 20 m, the asymmetric deformation of roadway is serious. The deformation of right side is 2.4 times of the left side; 2) When the vertical dimension changes from -34 m to 34 m, the weakest disturbance effect appears at the 0 m. With the decrease of horizontal dis- tance between roadways, disturbance effect between roadway become weak; 3) Under the excavation sequence of left, right and middle, the displacement of initial roadway is 15.2 mm which is the mini- mum. And the total deformation is 0.11 m which is also the minimum. The optimal scheme of excava- tion sequence is left, middle and right; 4) When the alternate distance of front and back reaches 60 m, the displacements of the key points in the roadway significantly change. The level order of roadway sur- rounding rock disturbance (from high to low) is right side, top, left side and bottom. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, the influence factors of roadway excavation and the evaluation index of the stability of roadway are proposed, which has guiding value to the roadway excavation and support.
