摘　　要：近年来邮轮旅游以其高端的消费形式成为全世界增长速度较快的旅游产品,大力发展邮轮业务已经成为许多沿海港口提高综合竞争力的重要选择.目前,我国上海、天津、厦门、三亚、青岛和大连均已陆续完成了邮轮港口的基本建设,并基于城市的发展及竞争优势各自打造邮轮港口特色服务.为比较这些邮轮港口的综合竞争力,本文从需求、供给和市场三个方面选取相应指标,建立了基于灰色关联的邮轮港口竞争力评价指标体系与模型,对上海、天津等6个主要沿海典型邮轮港口的竞争力进行了评价和比较的实证研究.研究揭示了影响邮轮港口竞争力的主要因素,并在此基础上对我国沿海邮轮港口的发展给出了相应对策.In recent years, the cruise as a high-grade tourism product has grown fast all over the world. Developing cruise service has been many coastal ports＇ impor- tant choice to enhance comprehensive competitiveness. At present, Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, Dalian, Xiamen and Sanya have completed the basic construction of their cruise ports. And each of them has developed port service features and competitive advantage based on their cities＇ development. To compare the comprehensive competitiveness of the six cruise ports, this paper selects indexes from supply, demand and market factors. The paper constructs the cruise port competitiveness evaluation index system and model based on the method of grey correlation, then does a demonstration research about the evaluation and comparison of these six main cruise ports＇ comprehensive competitiveness. The research reveals the dominant index among the indexes, and gives some corresponding countermeasures to the development of the coastal cruise port.
