提高基层党组织管干部质量的几点思考

摘　　要：提高党管干部质量，是基层党组织建设的关键，是基层党组织凝聚力和战斗力的体现。提高基层党组织管干部质量，必须明确时代意义，不断增强党管干部的自觉性；查找问题原因，不断提高党管干部的针对性；讲究科学方法，不断增强党管干部的有效性。The quality improvement of the cardre management by the Party is the key to the construction of basic level Party organizations, and cohesion and fighting force can be incar- nated in it. Era significance must be made clear so as to constantly enhance the conscious- ness of the cardre management by the Party. Reasons must be found so as to ceaselessly im- prove pertinence of the cardre management by the Party. Scientific method must be paid at- tention to so as to continually enhance effectiveness of the cardre management by the Party.
