摘　　要：中国汽车企业经过20年左右的发展,自主品牌相继在海外建设汽车工厂,前期建设主要是涂装和总装车间。主要探讨了涂装车间电泳槽体设计需要满足的电泳时间、槽液更新量、槽液循环稳定性、泳透力等相关的要求和标准。China automobile enterprises have developed for about 20 years,nowadays they build overseas plant all over the world. The painting workshop and assembly workshop will be invested in early stage. The relative standard of ED tank in painting workshop, including ED cycle time, volume of liquor, circulating steadiness of liquor, throwing power and so on were discuseed.
