摘　　要：目的:研究^(^(99))锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐(^(99)Tc-MDP)对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-6的影响。方法:建立大鼠胶原诱导性关节炎模型,设生理盐水对照组、模型组、阳性药雷公藤多苷组、^(99)Tc-MDP治疗组,6周后大鼠麻醉颈总动脉取血,进行血清TNF-α和IL-6的检测,观察^(99)Tc-MDP对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的血清TNF-α和IL-6的影响。结果:^(99)Tc-MDP组、雷公藤多苷组对模型大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-6的有明显降低作用(P<0.05),并且^(99)Tc-MDP组疗效优于雷公藤多苷组(P<0.05)。结论:^(99)Tc-MDP能明显降低胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-6表达。Objective ：The purpose of the research is to find the effect of ^99Tc -methylene diphosphate （^99Tc - MDP） on serum tumor necrosis factor - α （ TNF - α） and Interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6） in collagen - induced arthritis in rats. Methods： First of all, the model of collagen - induced arthritis was established. Rats were randomly divided into four groups： Normal saline control group, Model group, positive drug Tripterygium glycosides group and ^99Tc - MDP treatment group. After 6 weeks, experimental rats were totally anesthetized and their blood were taken from their carotid artery. Serum TNF - α and IL - 6 were detected. And the influences of ^99Tc - MDP on serum TNF - α and IL-6 from collagen -induced arthritis in rats were observed. Results： The result shows that the ^99Tc -MDP showed significant decreasing effects on the serum TNF - α and IL - 6 from collagen - induced arthritis in rats （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Furthermore, ^99Tc - MDP treatment showed its priority of effectiveness to tripterygium glycosides （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The ^99Tc- methylene diphosphate can apparently reduce the rat serum TNF-et and IL- 6 in collagen - induced arthritis.
