摘 要:描述了不同空气喷嘴的特性,讨论了用于评估空气变形纱一些重要性能的测试方法,对比了采用目前已商业化的喷气机制得的空气变形纱的性能。在重要的工艺参数如超喂率、空气压力及加热温度均保持不变,仅改变喷嘴的条件下,对制备的空气变形纱的各项性能进行评估。研究结果表明:变形纱的线密度、沸水收缩率、膨松度、丝圈稳定性及丝圈频数均随喷嘴直径的不同而发生变化。The distinguishing features of different air-texturing jets were described and the test methods used to assess some important properties of air-textured yarns were discussed. The properties of air-textured yarns produced using various currently used commercial jets were compared. The important process parameters such as overfeed percentage, air pressure and heater temperature were kept constant only the nozzles were changed and various properties of formed air- jet textured yarns were assessed. The textured yarn properties like yarns linear density, boiling water shrinkage, physical bulk, loop stability and loop frequency were found to change for different air nozzle diameters.
