摘 要:利用盐酸水解后的羊毛角蛋白对棉织物进行改性整理,分析盐酸水解羊毛角蛋白时间对经羊毛角蛋白整理的棉织物性能的影响。研究表明:盐酸水解时间不超过135 min时,棉织物的交联接枝率随着水解时间的增加而增大,悬垂性及折皱回复性随着水解时间的增加而改善,力学性能变化较小,透湿量随着水解时间的增加而降低;盐酸水解时间超过135 min后,改性后棉织物的上述性能呈现相反的变化趋势,且力学性能显著下降。综合考虑各项指标可知,盐酸水解羊毛角蛋白时间为135 min时,对棉织物的改性效果较佳。Performance of cotton fabric modified by wool keratin was tested, the hydrolysis time of hydrochloric acid impact on the performance of cotton fabric modified by wool keratin with different hydrolysis time was studied. Research results showed that cross coupling grafting yield, wrinkle recovery ability and drape performance of cotton fabric modified by wool keratin were all improved while the hydrolysis time was less than 235 min except water vapour transmision,and the mechanical property of cotton fabric showed a little change. Meanwhile, the indexes of cotton fabric modified by wool keratin showed the opposite trend when the hydrolysis time surpassed 235 min, and the mechanical property of cotton fabric reduced significantly. Considering of all the indexes, it was believed that, while hydrochloric acid hydrolysis of wool keratin for 235 min, the modification effect of cotton fabric was better.
