摘  要:镍电解液中残留的萃取剂和溶剂油等有机物会导致镍板表面形成气孔,影响产品外观质量,为除去电解液中的有机油分,采用双氧水氧化活性炭制备了2种除油碳材料。通过红外光谱分析了材料改性前后表面基团的变化,通过水与材料表面的静态接触角表征反应了材料表面浸润性的变化。研究了碳材料氧化改性对除油效果的影响,优化了除油条件,并对镍电解液的实际样品进行处理。结果表明:改性后的椰壳活性炭除油性能提高,能将含油量为34.8 mg/L的镍电解液处理至含油1 mg/L以下,满足深度净化的需求。The organic extraction agent and solvent oil in nickel electrolyte can lead to some blowholes leaving on nickel sheet's surface, the appearance quality of the products can be deteriorated. Two kinds of oil removal carbon materials were prepared by activated carbon through hydrogen peroxide oxidation. The changes in surface groups of materials were characterized by FTIR, and the wetting capability of water at the material surface was reflected by static contact angles measuring . The effects of material surface oxidation modification on the oil removing were studied, and the oil removing conditions were optimized and the modified activated carbon was applied for the purification of oil in actual sample. The results show that the oil removal ability of the modified PP film is improved. The oil content of nickel electrolyte can be reduced from 34.8 mg/L to 1 mg/L by the modified carbon material, which can meet the needs of nickel electrolyte deep purification.
