摘 要:为探索高压静电场与功率超声波复合作用的阻垢效果及机理,自制复合阻垢处理器进行了循环冷却水的动态模拟阻垢实验。通过高压静电场、功率超声波的单项作用,以及上述二者的复合作用进行实验。应用黏度计监测循环冷却水的黏度变化,应用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析CaCO_3水垢的物相、质量分数、晶粒度和形貌等。结果表明:静电场与超声波复合作用下的阻垢率为59.39%和57.42%,高于静电场、超声波单独作用时的阻垢率;经复合作用后,循环冷却水黏度明显增大,附着在换热器表面的CaCO_3水垢的晶粒尺寸增大,聚结程度降低。静电场与超声波复合处理循环冷却水起到了有效阻垢的目的。In order to explore the effect and mechanism of anti-scaling under compound action by high-voltage electrostatic field and power ultrasonic, the dynamic simulation anti-scaling experiment of industrial circulating cooling water was conducted by self-made composite anti-sealing processor. The experiments were conducted under individually action or compound action by high-voltage electrostatic field and power ultrasonic. The change of circulating cooling water viscosity was monitored by viscometer. The phase, mass fraction, grain size and morphology of CaCO3 scale were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the scale inhibition rate is 59.39% and 57.42% under the compound action by electrostatic field and ultrasonic, which is higher than individually action. The viscosity of circulating cooling water increases obviously, the grain size of CaCO3 scale crystal attached on the surface of the heat exchanger increases and the coalescence degree reduces. The efficient anti-sealing purpose is achieved under compound action by electrostatic field and power ultrasonic.
