摘  要:为得到合成丙烯酸丁酯宏观动力学方程,进行了以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,丙烯酸、正丁醇为原料合成丙烯酸丁酯的实验。考察了催化剂种类、搅拌速度、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比对反应的影响并确定了最优反应条件:选择NKC-9为催化剂,搅拌速度为400 r/min,催化剂用量为丙烯酸质量的35%,正丁醇和丙烯酸的摩尔比为1∶1.4。在该条件下进行动力学实验,用拟均相模型对实验结果线性拟合,线性关系显著,验证了酯化合成丙烯酸丁酯反应的表观级数为二级,并回归得到宏观动力学方程。由结果可知,催化酯化合成丙烯酸丁酯的正反应活化能为56 603.67 J/mol,指前因子为2.30×105L/(mol·min);逆反应活化能为71 266.97 J/mol,指前因子为44.48×105L/(mol·min)。通过对实验值和计算值的比较,该宏观动力学方程合理,可用于模拟计算。In order to obtain kinetics equation of synthesis of butyl acrylate, the experiment of synthesis of butyl acrylate from acrylic acid and n-butyl alcohol in the presence of strong-acid cation exchange resin catalyst was carried out. The influence of catalyst species, stirring speed, catalyst dosage, mole ratio of acrylic acid to n-butyl alcohol on the reaction was investigated and the optimal reaction conditions were determined: NKC-9 was chosen as the reaction catalyst, the mixing speed was 400 r/min, the dosage of the catalyst was 35 percent of the quality of acrylic, the mole ratio of acrylic acid to n-butyl alcohol was 1 : 1.4. The kinetics experiment was carried out under that condition, the curve fitted by Pseudo-homogeneous model was significantly linear, and proved that the esterification reaction to synthesize butyl acrylate was second-order reaction, and the kinetic equation was obtained. The result shows that the apparent activation energy and pre-exponential factor of the forward reaction are 56 603.67 J/mol and 2.30 ×10^5 L/(mol·min), and the apparent activation energy and pre-exponential factor of the reverse reaction are 71 266.97 J/mol and 44.48×10^5L/( mol·min). The comparison between experiment value and calculation value shows that the equation is reasonable, which is suitable for simulation calculation.
