糖尿病消化不良患者自主神经功能及其对近端胃功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病(DM)消化不良患者自主神经功能及其对近端胃功能的影响。方法选取40例DM消化不良患者作为观察组,另选取同期40例体检健康者作为对照组。对比两组受试者自主神经功能和近端胃功能。结果观察组自主神经功能评分高于对照组,阈值饮水量、饱足饮水量、胃底截面积变化低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的交感交感神经功能评分与阈值、饱足饮水量时胃底周长变化有负相关。结论糖尿病消化不良患者的自主神经功能受损与近端胃功能指标的变化存在一定的关系。Objective To analyze the effect of autonomic nerve function and its effect on proximal gastric function in patients with diabetes mellitus（DM）.Methods 40 cases of DM dyspepsia patients were selected as the observation group,another 40 cases of physical examination were selected as the control group. The autonomic nervous function and proximal gastric function in the two groups were compared. Results The score of autonomic nervous function in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,threshold quantity of drinking water,the amount of saturated water and the cross-sectional area of the stomach were lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05. In the observation group,there was a significant negative correlation between the sympathetic nerve function score and the threshold and the circumference of the stomach. Conclusion There is a certain relationship between impaired autonomic nervous function and proximal gastric function in diabetic patients with dyspepsia.
