锁定重建板固定锁骨骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究锁骨骨折采用锁定重建板固定的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院2012年1月-2014年12月收治的60例锁骨骨折患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、并发症发生及肩关节功能评分情况。结果观察组患者骨折平均愈合时间（116.29±32.09）d,观察组患者骨折愈合时间短于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者在术后并发症发生情况和术后1年肩关节功能评分差异具有统计学意义。结论锁定重建板固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效确切,有效促进患者骨折愈合,缩短愈合时间,减少钢板断裂等并发症发生,改善肩关节功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clavicular fractures locking reconstruction plate fixation of clinical effect. Methods Chose 60 cases of patients with clavicle fracture treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014,and divided into control group and observation group. The healing time,complications and joint function rating circumstances were compared. Results In the observation group,the average healing time was（116.29±32.09）d. The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients in the postoperative complications and 1 years after the operation of the shoulder function score of difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The locking reconstruction plate fixation of clavicular fractures is effective,patients effectively promote fracture healing,shorten healing time,reduce complications such as plate fracture,improve joint function and improve quality of life.
