开展钝针扣眼穿刺动静脉内瘘在血液透析中保护内瘘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨开展扣眼穿刺动静内瘘在血液透析中保护内瘘的效果。方法选择我院血液净化中心就诊的40例患者为研究对象,随机将患者等分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者采用钝针扣眼穿刺法,对照组患者采用区域法或绳梯穿刺法。结果试验组穿刺成功率高于对照组,穿刺疼痛感低于对照组,血肿、渗血率低于对照组,患者动静脉内瘘并发症低于对照组。结论开展扣眼穿刺法,真正做到保护内瘘,减少内瘘并发症,延长内瘘使用时间,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of blunt needle buttonhole puncture technique of internal arteriovenous fistula in protection of internal fistula in hemodialysis. Methods 40 cases in our hospital blood purification center patients as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group were treated by blunt needle puncture hole,the control group were treated by regional or ladder puncture. Results The puncture success rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The puncture pain was significantly lower than that of the control group. The hematoma and blood infiltration rate was significantly lower than the control group. The complications of the patients with arteriovenous fistula were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The buttonhole puncture,truly protect fistula,reduce the complications of fistula,prolonging fistula using time,improve the quality of life of patients.
