摘　　要：目的探讨重组人生长激素在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者机械通气中的应用效果。方法将75例COPD合并呼吸衰竭实施机械通气治疗的患者随机分为研究组(重组人生长激素)与对照组(常规营养支持)。对比两组治疗效果。结果两组机械通气时间、住院时间、血气指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在COPD机械通气治疗中实施重组人生长激素的效果较好。Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone on mechanical ventilation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods 75 cases of COPD combined with respiratory failure were randomly divided into study group（recombinant human growth hormone） and control group（conventional nutrition support）. Comparison of two groups of treatment effect. Results Mechanical ventilation time,hospital stay,blood gas indexes were significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of COPD mechanical ventilation was significant.
