米力农治疗慢性心衰的疗效及对心脏收缩功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨米力农治疗慢性心衰的疗效及心脏收缩功能的影响。方法选取2013年1-12月在我院住院时采取常规对症处理的56例慢性心衰患者作为常规组,同时选取2014年1-12月住院时在常规对症处理上加用米力农治疗的76例慢性心衰患者作为米力农组,并比较两组患者临床治疗效果和治疗前后左室射血分数以及左室舒张末内径。结果米力农组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.7%,常规组患者临床治疗总有效率为82.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论米力农在治疗慢性心力衰竭患者方面临床效果良好,且能有效改善其心脏收缩功能。Objective To investigate the effect of milrinone in treatment of chronic heart failure efficacy and cardiac systolic function. Methods 56 patients with chronic heart failure were treated with routine treatment in our hospital from January to December 2013 as normal group,and 76 patients with chronic heart failure from January to December 2014 were given milrinone treatment on the basis of the normal group as milrinone group,and two groups were compared before and after clinical treatment and the treatment of the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter. Results Milrinone group patients of clinical total effective rate was 94.7%,the normal group of clinical total effective rate was 82.1%,and the differences between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Milrinone in the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with clinical effect is obvious,can effectively improve the cardiac function.
