左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭的效果。方法将67例充血性心力衰竭患者分为两组,对照组予以左西孟旦治疗,观察组实施左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者心功能指标、总有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果显著。Objective To study left levosimendan joint qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of congestive heart failure effect. Methods The 67 cases of congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,control group was treated with levosimendan treatment,the observation group was in implementation of left levosimendan joint q qiliqiangxin capsule for treatment,to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results After treatment,two groups of patients with cardiac function index,the total efficiency difference is significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Left levosimendan joint qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of congestive heart failure clinical effect significantly.
