肉苁蓉多糖与松果菊苷对K562生长抑制及细胞周期影响的比较性研究

摘　　要：目的本实验通过肉苁蓉多糖和松果菊苷对白血病细胞K562作用,探索其在治疗或预防白血病方面的价值。方法 MTT比色法检测二者是否对K562细胞生长有作用,用流式技术检测肉苁蓉多糖和其提取物松果菊苷对K562细胞周期的影响。结果二者能对K562的生长产生抑制作用。结论肉苁蓉多糖在白血病预防或治疗可能有一定作用,其作用可能与松果菊苷成分有关。Objective Through the experiments of Cistanche deserticola polysaccharides and echinacoside on leukemia cells K562,to explore its value in the treatment or prevention of leukemia. Methods MTT assay was used to detect whether the two has an effect on the growth of K562 cells by flow cytometry technique to detect the influence of polysaccharide of Cistanche deserticola and its extract of echinacoside on the cell cycle of K562 cells. Results The two could inhibit the growth of K562. Conclusion Cistanche polysaccharide may prevent or treat leukemia in a certain role,its role may be related with the composition of echinacoside.
