摘  要:目的探讨DTI在足月新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HII)中的应用价值。方法抽取2012年1月-2015年12月我院收治的63例足月HII新生儿,根据病情严重程度分为轻度组(n=31)与中重度组(n=32)。两组患儿均行DTI检测,对比观察两组各感兴趣区FA值。结果轻度组各感兴趣区FA值高于中重度组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 DTI在足月新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤病情评估中具有重要意义。Objective To explore the value of DTI on hypoxic ischemic brain injury(HII)in term neonates. Methods 63 cases of term neonates with HII were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015. According to the severity of the disease the research objects were divided into two groups,mild group(n=31)and moderate to severe group(n=32). Two groups were detected by DTI,and the FA values of the two groups were compared and observed. Results The FA values of each region of interest(ROI) in the mild group were significantly higher than that in the moderate and severe group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion DTI is of great significance in the assessment of HII in term neonates.
