硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉在子宫切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉在子宫切除术中的应用效果。方法选取子宫切除术患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组行全身麻醉,观察组行硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉。结果手术后16 h、24 h、48 h,两组患者MMSE评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者手术期、拔管时平均心率和平均动脉压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉应用于子宫切除术中,效果比较理想。Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in hysterectomy. Methods 100 cases of hysterectomy were selected,randomly divided into control group and observation group. General anesthesia was performed in the control group,epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia was used in the observation group. Results 16 h,24 h,48 h after surgery,comparison of MMSE scores in two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Comparison of average heart rate and mean arterial pressure between two groups of patients during operation and extubation,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in hysterectomy,the effect is ideal.
