摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病合并低血糖患者的护理过程,观察护理效果。方法选取本院2014年9月-2016年4月收治的120例糖尿病和低血糖患者,分析其临床资料,采取有针对性的护理措施。结果全部患者在经过精心护理后,临床症状均有所缓解,并未发生并发症,无死亡病例。结论糖尿病合并低血糖患者应密切关注自身血糖状况,相关护理人员应对患者予以宣教,监测患者血糖,降低副反应,效果明显。Objective To investigate the nursing process of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia and observe the nursing effect. Methods In our hospital,120 cases of diabetes and hypoglycemia patients from September 2014 to April 2016 were selected. To analyze the clinical data and take pertinent nursing measures. Results All patients after careful nursing,clinical symptoms had been alleviated,no complications,no death cases. Conclusion Diabetic patients with hypoglycemia should pay close attention to their own blood sugar. Related nursing staff given propaganda and education to the patients,monitoring the patient blood sugar,reduce the side effects,the effect is obvious.
