预防贴膜卷边对外周静脉留置针置管时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨弹力绷带对降低外周静脉留置针的贴膜卷边及延长外周静脉留置针置管时间的应用价值。方法从2015年12月-2016年5月,选择穿刺部位均在上肢前臂的外周静脉留置针置管患者,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组留置针穿刺成功后,常规使用3M贴膜固定。实验组除上述操作外,加用10-12 cm弹力网状绷带（简称网兜）覆盖固定留置针部位,比较两组患者的贴膜卷边率及置管时间。结果本研究中,对照组300例,贴膜卷边发生率最高达83.3%,实验组302例,贴膜卷边发生率最高仅4.1%。而且,两组患者贴膜卷边发生率随着留置时间的延长而上升。结论应用弹力绷带可降低外周静脉留置针的贴膜卷边率,延长留置针的置管时间。Objective To investigate the peripheral volume elastic bandage to reduce film intravenous indwelling needle edge and extend the peripheral venous catheter catheterization with time. Methods From December 2015 to May 2016,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by selecting the puncture site in the peripheral vein of the upper limb. The control group indwelling needle puncture after the success used 3M fixed film. The experimental group in addition to the above operation,with 10 to 12 cm elastic mesh bandage（referred as net） covering fixed needle position,compared two groups of patients with side roll film rate and the time of catheter. Results 300 cases of the control group,the incidence of foil curling up to 83.3%,302 cases in the experimental group,the film edge highest incidence rate of only 4.1%. Moreover,two groups of patients with foil curling incidence increased with indwelling time. Conclusion The application of elastic bandage can reduce the volume of film peripheral venous indwelling needle edge rate,prolong the time of catheter indwelling needle.
