摘　　要：目的探讨阴道彩超联合腹部彩超在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法将我院68例异位妊娠患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各34例患者。并分别给予其采用腹部彩超、阴道彩超联合腹部彩超进行诊断,并对比两组诊断结果。结果两组检查结果与手术病理结果对照,实验组异位妊娠检出率比对照组高,实验组诊断时间短于对照组,其影像学各项表现检出率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合使用阴道彩超与腹部彩超诊断异位妊娠效果极佳,价值极高。Objective To explore the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 68 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group （34 cases）, and were given the use of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, and compared the results of two groups.Results The results of two groups were compared with the results of surgery and pathology, the detection rate of ectopic pregnancy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the diagnosis time was earlier than the control group, the detection rate of the imaging performance was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined use of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with excellent results, high value.
