超生乳化手术治疗葡萄膜炎并发症白内障手术适应证分析

摘　　要：目的分析对葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者使用超声乳化手术治疗的疗效。方法将80例葡萄膜炎发病白内障患者分为对照组和观察组,每组均40例。分别实施常规手术和超声乳化手术治疗,比较其临床疗效和治疗安全性。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.5%,并发症发生率为5%;对照组患者治疗有效率为82.5%,并发症发生率2.5%,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗安全性对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者实施超声乳化手术的治疗可起到更加安全有效的治疗效果,在临床上有着较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the curative effect of patients with uveitis complicated cataract phacoemulsification surgery.Methods 80 cases of cataract uveitis patients were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Routine surgery and phacoemulsification were performed respectively,compare the clinical effcacy and safety of treatment.ResultsThe effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.5%, the complication rate was 5%, Compared with the control group, the effective rate was 82.5%, the complication rate was 2.5%, two groups of contrast, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Safety comparison between two groups, the difference was not statistically signiifcant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of phacoemulsiifcation for complicated cataract in patients with uveitis can play a more effective and safe therapeutic effect, which has a high application value in clinic.
