浅析局部肿胀麻醉下经乳晕内切口隆胸的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 研究分析经乳晕内切口隆胸使用局部肿胀麻醉的临床效果。方法 选取2010年3月-2013年6月我院收治的62例接受经乳晕内切口隆胸女性作为研究对象,使用2%利多卡因分别从体表投影内上、内下、外上及外下方进针直达乳腺下间隙或胸大肌的间隙,进针方向与肋骨同一平面,放射状浸润麻醉,采用上下环形切口,置假体于乳腺后或胸大肌后间隙,分析局部肿胀麻醉的效果。结果 62例女性接受隆胸手术后对外形表示满意,切口隐蔽,乳头感觉明显,没有感染病例和并发症病例。出院后进行半年至2年随访。全部患者的乳房外形良好,没有瘢痕和包膜挛缩。结论 使用经乳晕内切口隆胸的整形方式对女性的创伤较小,手术切口较为隐蔽,愈后外形患者表示满意,乳头感觉正常。Objective To study the clinical effect of areola incision of breast augmentation using local swelling anesthesia.Methods From March 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital 62 cases accepted by the areola incision augmentation patients were analyzed, using 2% lidocaine respectively from the gap below the surface projection of upper inner and outer and outer space or pectoralis major needle under direct breast, the needle direction and ribs in the same plane, radial infiltration anesthesia, the upper and lower annular incision implantation in the breast or pectoralis major space, analysis of local swelling anesthesia.ResultsThe study object received breast augmentation surgery on the shape of 62 cases of study objects after breast augmentation surgery to show satisfaction with the appearance, incision hidden, nipple feel obvious, there is no infection cases and complications. Six months to 2 years follow-up after discharge, all patients had a good shape of the breast without scar and capsular contracture. Conclusion The use of the areola incision augmentation surgery on patients with minor trauma, surgical incision is more subtle, more appearance after patients satisifed, nipple sensation and erectile normal.
