大隐静脉剥脱术与腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的远期疗效对比

摘　　要：目的 研究大隐静脉高位结扎联合剥脱术与大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗在下肢大隐静脉曲张的疗效对比。方法 选取2012年8月-2014年8月我院收治的60例（共67条腿）下肢大隐静脉曲张患者,其中34条（A组）行大隐静脉剥脱术,33条（B组）行腔内激光治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 A组的2年复发率为8.82%,较B组的2年复发率30.3%更低;两组下肢酸胀症状均改善明显,两组对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 静脉曲张明显患者手术方式建议首选大隐静脉高位结扎联合剥脱术以保证远期疗效。Objective To compare the long-term results of the recurrence and the relief of venous symptoms （ache） after the treatment of a great saphenous vein incompetence bysaphenofemoral ligation and stripping with endovenous laser ablation bare ifber, 970 nm.Methods A total of 67 legs of 60 patients were treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 with either saphenofemoral ligation or stripping （n=34） or endovenous laser ablation （n=33）. The treatment of two groups were compared after treating.Results A group （8.82%） compared with group B （30.3%） has a lower 2-year recurrence rate. Two groups of leg soreness symptoms were improved significantly, but the difference was not statistically significant between two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The saphenofemoral ligation and stripping with better long-term effcacy seems to be a better choice for the treatment of a great saphenous vein incompetence.
