摘　　要：目的 探讨影响尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效的相关因素。方法回顾性研究我院临床耳鼻咽喉头颈外科2009年7月-2015年7月采用尘螨滴剂行舌下脱敏治疗的门诊1 863例患者的相关资料,分析其影响疗效的相关因素。结果 影响尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效的因素比较多,主要有患者的实际年龄、患者的多重过敏原、患者实际病程、患者的对症药物治疗与规则用药、患者的伴发病症、患者的实际疗程。结论 影响尘螨滴剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效的因素较多,必须采取有效措施,消除相关因素,提升患者临床疗效.Objective To study the effects of dust mites drops agent related factors for the treatment of allergic rhinitis curative effect. Methods A retrospective study of clinical otolaryngology head and neck surgery in July 2009 to July 2015 line with dust mites drops under the tongue desensitization treatment of outpatient service 1 863 cases of patients of related data, to analyze the related factors influencing curative effect. Results The factors influencing the dust mites drops to treat allergic rhinitis curative effect more, mainly has the patient＇s age, in patients with multiple allergens, practical course of the disease, patients with symptomatic and rules of drug use, drug treatment in patients with comorbid conditions, actual treatment of patients. Conclusion The factors affecting dust mites drops to treat allergic rhinitis curative effect more, must take effective measures to eliminate the related factors, improve clinical curative effect.
