摘　　要：目的 对鲑鱼降钙素注射液加唑来膦酸和维生素D治疗老年骨质疏松的疗效进行分析和探讨。方法 选取我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的84例老年骨质疏松患者,使用随机数表法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均接受鲑鱼降钙素注射液和维生素D的治疗,在此基础上联合给予观察组患者唑来膦酸,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组患者腰椎骨密度高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组患者的83.33%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 鲑鱼降钙素注射液加唑来膦酸和维生素D治疗老年骨质疏松疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective To analyze and discuss the curative effect of salcatonin injection combined with zoledronic acid and vitamin d in the treatment of elderly with senile osteoporosis.Methods A total of 84 cases of elderly patients with osteoporosis from June 2015 and June 2016 in our hospital, using the random number table method were divided into observation group and control group, two patients were treated with vitamin D and Salcatonin Injection, on the basis of the observation group patients combined with zoledronic acid, the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group, the BMD of lumbar spine was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; The total effective rate was 95.24%, higher than 83.33% of the control group, the difference was signiifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Salcatonin Injection and D in the treatment of senile osteoporosis is signiifcant, safe and reliable.
