手术室麻醉苏醒护理对减少腹部手术患者全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析手术室麻醉苏醒护理对减少腹部手术患者全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的临床疗效。方法选取56例行全麻腹部手术患者,随机状态下分为常规护理组和麻醉苏醒护理组,对比和观察两组患者的护理效果。结果麻醉苏醒护理组的躁动发生率、心率和血压指标明显低于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室麻醉苏醒护理对减少腹部手术患者全身麻醉苏醒期躁动的临床疗效显著,对促进患者手术恢复有着积极作用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of operation room anesthesia recovery nursing on the patients with abdominal surgery in patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods 56 cases of patients underwent general anesthesia for abdominal operation were randomly divided into routine nursing group and anesthesia recovery nursing group, the nursing effect of the two groups were compared and observed.ResultsThe incidence rate, heart rate and blood pressure were significantly lower in the patients than in the routine nursing group. The difference was statistically signiifcant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of anesthesia in operation room to reduce the restlessness of general anesthesia in patients undergoing abdominal operation is signiifcant, to promote the recovery of patients have a positive effect on the operation.
