七氟烷在新生儿先天性脐膨出手术麻醉中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨七氟烷在新生儿先天性脐膨出修补术麻醉中的应用。方法选取采用七氟烷诱导与维持的22例先天性脐膨出患儿的临床资料进行分析。结果麻醉过程平稳,还纳腹腔脏器后出现短暂Sp O2降低(P<0.05),HR及PETCO2升高(P<0.05),13例小脐膨出患儿术毕拔除气管导管,9例巨大脐膨出患儿延迟拔管。结论七氟烷用于新生儿先天性脐膨出手术麻醉安全,但对于巨大脐膨出患儿术后需给予机械通气支持。Objective To explore the effect of application of sevoflurane in neonatal congenital umbilical repair anesthesia. Methods22 cases of children with congenital umbilical bulging using sevoflurane induction and maintenance were selected and the clinical data were analyzed. Results Anesthesia processed smoothly, abdominal viscera SpO2 was lower （P〈0.05）. HR and PETCO2 had elevated （P〈0.05）. 13 cases of children with bulging umbilical had pulled out the endotrach eal tube at the end of operation, and 9 cases of children with huge bulging umbilical were delayed extubation.Conclusion Sevolfurane for neonatal congenital umbilical bulging anesthesia is safe, but the huge bulging umbilical need postoperative mechanical ventilation support.
