糖尿病消化不良症状和近端胃功能的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病消化不良症状和近端胃功能的关系。方法选取80例糖尿病患者,其中有42例有消化系统症状,设为观察组,另38例无消化系统症状,设为对照组,对两组进行为近端胃功能检测,并评价观察症状积分。结果观察组的临床表现以上腹部不适、腹胀、便秘为主;观察组近端胃功能指标低于对照组,且其上腹部不适、腹胀症状计分与胃底周长、胃底面积差值有明显的负相关(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病消化不良患者的症状与近端胃功能的受损有一定的关系。Objective To explore the effect of diabetes dyspepsia symptoms and proximal gastric function.Methods A total of 80 cases of diabetic patients, including 42 cases with digestive system symptoms, as the observation group, and the other 38 cases of digestive system symptoms, set as the control group, the proximal gastric function testing, and symptom scores in two groups were evaluated.Results In the observation group, the clinical manifestation were abdominal discomfort, bloating, constipation, proximal gastric function indexes in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the difference of upper abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension symptom score and gastric bottom perimeter, gastric fundus area had signiifcant negative correlation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a certain relationship between diabetic dyspepsia symptoms and the proximal gastric function.
