自拟除湿胃苓汤加减疗法对带状疱疹神经痛的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析自拟除湿胃苓汤加减疗法在带状疱疹神经痛治疗中的应用价值。方法将70例带状疱疹神经痛患者随机分为两组,对照组34例给予常规西医治疗,观察组36例行自拟除湿胃苓汤加减治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率91.7%,高于对照组的70.6%,治疗后疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟除湿胃苓汤加减疗法对带状疱疹神经痛有确切疗效。Objective To analyze the application value of Chushi Weiling decoction in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods 70 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, control group （34 cases） were treated with conventional western medicine, the observation group （36 cases） were treated with Chushi Weiling Decoction, and effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group, the total efficiency was 91.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 70.6%, after treatment, pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion With Chushi Weiling decoction in treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia has remarkable curative effect.
