冠心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察冠心汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均予冠心病心绞痛的西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服冠心汤。比较治疗前后差异。结果总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为73.3%;心电图疗效治疗组为73.3%,对照组为46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心汤对于冠心病心绞痛的治疗有良好临床疗效,副作用小。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Guanxin decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, Methods 60 cases of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The two groups were both given the routine therapy, while the treatment group were given with Guanxin decoction additionally. The treatment results and differences were observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%, 73.3% in the control group, the curative effects of the patients with ECG were compared between the two groups, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.3%, 46.7% in the control group, the difference was statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Guanxin decoction has clinical effcacy on coronary heart disease, with low drug side effects.
