摘　　要：目的：探讨甲状腺乳头状癌患者围手术期的护理方法及效果。方法选取我院2012年2月～2015年8月收治的76例甲状腺乳头状癌患者，均给予围手术期综合护理干预，回顾性分析其护理效果。结果通过对76例患者围手术期进行综合护理干预，其手术均取得成功。手术成功率为100%。结论对甲状腺乳头状癌患者围术期采取综合性护理干预，有利于手术顺利进行，促进患者快速康复。Objective To analyse the perioperative nursing methods and results of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods 76 cases of papillary thyroid cancer patients in our hospital from February 2012 to August 2015 were treated and given comprehensive perioperative care, the nursing effect was analyzed.ResultsAfter perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention, operations in 76 patients were successful. The procedural success rate was 100%.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in papillary thyroid cancer patients during perioperative period, is help to achieve smooth operation, and promote rapid recovery of patients.
