摘　　要：目的探索早期护理干预对回肠造口皮肤并发症的影响。方法选取我院收治的68例行回肠造口术患者,将患者动态随机化分为两组,对照组和观察组分别采用常规护理和早期护理干预,两组患者各有34例。结果观察组和对照组两组患者,对比护理后总并发症发生率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预对行回肠造口术患者效果显著,可降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on skin complications of ileum stoma. Methods 68 cases of patients were selected and divided into two groups, control group （34 cases） and observation group （34 cases） were treated respectively with routine nursing and early nursing intervention. Results The incidence of complications after nursing care was significantly different in the observation group and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The early nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications of patients with ileostomy.
