摘　　要：目的：总结慢性咽炎患者采取雾化加微波治疗的护理干预效果。方法筛选2014年11月～2015年11月于我院采用雾化加微波治疗的慢性咽炎患者72例，按照护理方法不同进行分组：观察组（n=38例，施以综合护理干预）；常规组（n=34例，施以一般护理干预），对两组的临床治疗效果进行对照。结果观察组治疗时间、口腔溃疡发生率、护理满意度等指标均优于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论对慢性咽炎患者雾化加微波治疗期间给予综合护理干预，能提升临床疗效。Objective To summarize the effect of nursing intervention on chronic pharyngitis patients with atomizing microwave treatment Methods72 cases of patients with chronic pharyngitis who received atomization microwave treatment from November 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were divided into observation group （n=38 cases, with the comprehensive nursing intervention） and regular group （n=34 cases with general nursing intervention） according to different nursing methods, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results The treatment time and incidence of oral cavity ulcer, nursing satisfaction indicators in observation group were superior to the conventional group （P〈0.05） .ConclusionFor patients with chronic pharyngitis, comprehensive nursing intervention during atomization and microwave treatment, can improve the clinical curative effect.
