摘　　要：目的：分析肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张出血急诊内镜治疗的护理配合。方法选取2014年6月～2016年6月在我院接受临床内镜治疗的60例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张出血患者作为研究对象，分析患者的护理效果。结果60例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张出血患者中，共有57例患者即时止血，即时止血率为95.00%（57/60）。结论对肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张出血患者实施急诊内镜治疗的护理配合效果较好。Objective To study the nursing cooperation for liver cirrhosis esophageal gastric varices bleeding during emergency endoscopic treatment. Methods 60 patients with liver cirrhosis esophageal gastric varices bleeding in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, the effect in patients was analysed.Results There were 51 patients got hemostasised promptly in 60 cases of liver cirrhosis esophageal gastric varices bleeding. The rate of hemostasis was 95.00%（57/60）.Conclusion The nursing cooperation for patients with liver cirrhosis esophageal gastric varices bleeding during the implementation of emergency endoscopic treatment has good effect.
