舒适护理在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术围手术期的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察舒适护理在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术（PKRP）围手术期的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月～2016年6月收治的83例PKRP患者临床资料，将其分为对照组（41例）、观察组（42例），对照组行常规护理，观察组行舒适护理，观察比较两组护理效果及并发症情况。结果对照组尿管留置时间、冲洗膀胱时间、住院时间均较观察组长（P＜0.05）；其并发症发生率为12.21%，较观察组的4.76%高（P＞0.05）。结论 BPH患者PKRP围手术期给予舒适护理干预可有效促进患者术后恢复，减少并发症。Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing care in the perioperative period of transurethral resection of prostate（PKRP）. Methods The clinical data of 83 cases of PKRP were selected from March 2015 to June 2016, the patients were divided into control group （41 cases） and observation group （42 cases）, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group received comfort nursing, nursing effect observation and complications were compared between the two groups. ResultsCompared with the observation group, the time of urine tube indwelling, bladder rinse and hospital stay were longer in the control group （P〈0.05）. The rate of complications was 4.76% in the control group, and 12.21% in observation group （P〉0.05）.ConclusionThe perioperative nursing intervention of PKRP in patients with BPH can effectively promote postoperative recovery and reduce the complications.
