颅脑损伤患者行持续腰大池引流的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨对颅脑损伤持续腰大池引流患者行引流护理的临床效果。方法以2011年12月～2016年3月我院收治的30例颅脑外伤患者为研究对象，全部患者均以腰大池引流术进行治疗，持续引流期间给予全部患者腰大池外引流护理等综合护理干预。观察治疗效果及患者对护理的满意度。结果患者腰大池引流一次穿刺成功率100%，治疗有效率100%，并发症发生率和护理不良事件发生率均为0%，患者对护理的满意度为96.67%（29/30）。结论持续腰大池引流治疗颅脑损伤效果显著，配合引流护理等综合干预措施可提高治疗安全性，有利于患者早期康复及护患和谐。Objective To explore the clinical effect of drainage nursing care for patients with craniocerebral injury with continuous lumbar cistern drainage.Methods 30 cases of patients with craniocerebral trauma from December 2011 to March 2016 in our hospital were taken as the research object, all patients received lumbar cistern drainage for treatment, all patients were given nursing intervention during continuous drainage of lumbar cistern drainage. Therapeutic effect and the satisfaction of patients to nursing were observed.Results The successful rate was 100%, the effective rate of treatment was 100%, the incidence of complications and the incidence of nursing adverse events were 0%, and the satisfaction rate of patients to nursing was 96.67% （29/30）.Conclusion The effect of continuous lumbar cistern drainage in the treatment of brain injury is signiifcant, with the comprehensive drainage nursing intervention measures can signiifcantly improve the treatment of safety, is conducive to the early rehabilitation of patients and patients with harmony.
