摘　　要：目的：分析综合护理干预在乳腺癌患者术后PICC置管中的应用效果。方法选取2015年3月～2016年6月收治的85例乳腺癌PICC置管患者临床资料，将其分为对照组（42例）、观察组（43例），对照组行常规护理，观察组行综合护理，观察两组护理效果及患者满意度。结果观察组置管、住院时间均较对照组短，SAS评分较对照组低（P＜0.05）；其患者满意率为95.35%，较对照组的78.57%高（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预能有效提高乳腺癌PICC置管患者术后恢复效率，提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on PICC catheter in patients with breast cancer after operation. MethodsThe clinical data of 85 cases of breast cancer patients with PICC in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected, and the patients were divided into control group （42 cases） and observation group （43 cases）, the control group received routine nursing care, the observation group received comprehensive nursing, the two groups of nursing effect and patients satisfaction were observed.ResultsThe hospitalization time in observation group was shorter than the control group, SAS score was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the satisfaction rate of the patients was 95.35%, which was higher than the observation group 78.57%, （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the recovery effciency of breast cancer patients with PICC after operation, and increase the satisfaction degree of patients.
