经脐“Z”形单切口腹腔镜辅助梅克尔憩室切除术的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨梅克尔憩室患儿行经脐"Z"形单切口腹腔镜辅助梅克尔憩室切除术的临床疗效,提出相应的护理措施。方法收集行梅克尔憩室切除的患儿30例,其中15例为实验组,行经脐"Z"形单切口腹腔镜辅助梅克尔憩室切除术,另外15例为对照组,行传统梅克尔憩室切除术。比较两组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间、流质饮食时间、术后出院时间。结果实验组术中出血量为(5.0±1.5)ml,对照组术中出血量为(8.0±3.5)ml;实验组术后出院时间为(5.0±3.0)d,对照组术后出院时间为(7.0±3.5)d;上述指标两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经脐"Z"形单切口腹腔镜辅助梅克尔憩室切除手术具有较高的疗效,辅以相关的护理,能提高手术的疗效。Objective To discuss the effect and nursing on transumbilical ＂Z＂ form single incision laparoscopic assisted merkel diverticulum resection. Methods 30 cases who underwent merkel diverticulum resection were chosen, 15 cases treated with transurnbilical ＂Z＂ form single incision laparoscopic assisted merkel diverticulum resection were taken as experimental group, while the other 15 cases treated with traditional merkel diverticulum resection were taken as control group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, bowel function recovery time, liquid diet time, discharge time were compared. Results The bleeding amount in experimental group was （5.0±1.5） ml, while in control group was （8.0±3.5） ml. Postoperative discharge time in experimental group was （5.0±3.0） d, while in control group was （7.0±3.5） d （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transumbilical ＂Z＂ form single incision laparoscopic assisted merkel diverticulum resection can achieve great effect, and the therapeutic efficacy can improve if supplemented by relevant nursing.
