医护一体化输液港管理模式在肿瘤化疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化输液港管理模式在肿瘤化疗中的应用效果。方法选取101例输液港植入患者按植入静脉输液港顺序随机分为研究组51例和对照组50例,对照组按常规流程护理,研究组实施医护一体化输液港管理模式,由医生和护士共同参与全程管理,对比2组患者输液港植入后并发症的发生率,输液港维护的依从性,患者满意度、医护人员满意度和护士的科研意识。结果研究组患者输液港植入后并发症的发生率显著下降(P<0.05),输液港维护的依从性上升(P<0.05),患者、医护人员满意度显著上升(P<0.05),护士的科研意识得到了提高。结论医护一体化输液港管理有助于减少输液港并发症的发生率,可提高患者输液港维护的依从性、满意度及医护工作人员满意度,促进医护合作,还在很大程度上提高了护士的科研意识,促进了护理专业化的发展。Objective To study the effect of integrated health care of access port management for cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 101 patients with implantable venous access port were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 51） and control group（ n = 50）,given integrated health care of access port management and traditional tube nursing,respectively. The tube compliance,adverse events,satisfaction were compared. Results The rate of adverse events was lower,the rate of tube compliance and satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The scientific research consciousness was also improved. Conclusion Integrated health care of access port management can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with implantable venous access port and improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients and medical staff.
