手术室术前访视在腹膜后肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨术前访视在腹膜后肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年1—12月收治的腹膜后肿瘤切除术患者30例为观察组,给予阶段式术前访视。选取同期收治的腹膜后肿瘤切除术患者20例为对照组,给予常规术前访视,比较2组的手术应激反应及护理满意度。结果观察组术后的心率、收缩压、血糖、CRP均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后的HAMD、HAMA低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阶段式术前访视能够降低腹膜后肿瘤切除术患者的手术应激反应,确保手术的安全性,提高患者的手术访视满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative visit in patients with retroperitoneal tumor resection. Methods A total of 30 cases with retroperitoneal tumor resection in our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected as the observation group,and were given staged preoperative interview. And 20 cases with retroperitoneal tumor resection were selected as the control group,given routine preoperative interview. Surgical stress response and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,blood glucose and CRP after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. HAMA,HAMD score after operation in the observation group was lower and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Staged preoperative interview can reduce the surgical stress response in patients with retroperitoneal tumor resection,ensure the safety of operation,and improve the satisfaction of patients with surgical visit.
