综合护理干预对尿结石患者疾病认知及碎石术后复发的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对尿结石患者疾病认知及碎石术后复发的影响。方法将166例尿结石患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各83例。2组均实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,观察2组病情认知评分、遵医行为评分、1次成功碎石率以及术后复发情况。结果护理后,观察组尿结石认知评分、遵医行为评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组1次成功碎石率为90.36%,略高于对照组的84.34%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。6个月后复查,对照组复发4例(4.82%),观察组无1例复发。观察组复发率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对尿结石患者实施有效的护理干预措施,能提高患者对疾病的认知,促进患者积极进行预防性治疗,降低尿结石的复发率。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the disease cognition and recurrence after lithotripsy in patients with urinary calculi. Methods A total of166 patients with urinary calculi were selected and randomly divided into observation group（ n = 83）and control group（ n = 83）. Routine nursing was given in two groups,while observation group was added comprehensive nursing intervention. Scores of disease cognition and compliance behavior,the first successful lithotripsy rate and postoperative recurrence condition were all observed in two groups.Results Scores of disease cognition and compliance behavior in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 01）. The first successful lithotripsy rate in observation group was 90. 36%,which was slightly higher than 84. 34% in control group,but there was no statistical significance between two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Four patients（ 4. 82%） recurred in control group,but no one recurred in observation group after 6 months. The recurrence rate of observation group was slightly lower than that in control group,but no significant difference was shown（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Effective nursing interventions can improve the disease cognition of patients with urinary calculi,promote positively preventive treatment and decrease the recurrence rate of urinary calculi.
