CPM机配合对人工全康复锻炼膝关换节置术后功能恢复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨CPM机(持续被动运动装置)配合康复锻炼对人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)后功能恢复的疗效。方法选择我院行人工全膝关节置换术的患者90例(105膝),随机分成对照组和实验组各45例,对照组常规康复锻炼,实验组在对照组的基础上加用CPM机,分别于术后1、2、4、8周,比较两组患者的膝关节功能评分(HSS)、膝关节屈曲活动度评估(ROM)及膝关节疼痛评分(VAS)。结果两组患者膝关节的HSS评分、ROM评估及疼痛VAS评分均有改善(P<0.05),且在组间、时间序列比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种康复方法均有效改善TKA术后的膝关节功能,但CPM机配合康复锻炼疗效更为显著。Objective To discuss the effect of CPM machine（continuous passive motion） combining rehabilitation exercise after the treatment of Total Knee Arthroplasty（TKA）. Methods 90 cases （105 knees） after TKA of our hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases in each. The control group was just given regular rehabilitation exercise, while the treatment group was given CPM machine based On the treatment of the control group. The hospital for special surgery（HSS）, the range of motion（ROM） and visual analogue scale（VAS） score were compared at 1 week, 2 week, 4 week, 8 week after operation of the two groups. Result The two groups＇ HSS, ROM and VAS score of the patient＇s were all improved after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The two kinds of rehabilitation methods can also effectively improve the function of knee after TKA, but the curative effect of CPM machine combining rehabilitation exercise was well.
