新常态下高等中医药成人教育面临的挑战及策略研究

摘　　要：在新常态下,我国经济发展的速度、方式、结构和动力等都有新的变化,这些变化给高等中医药成人教育的发展在内部结构、办学特色、管理模式和市场意识等方面带来新的挑战。文章在对新常态下高等中医药成人教育现状深入分析的基础上,从内涵发展、特色发展、创新发展和需求导向的角度提出几点具体的应对策略。In the new normal, China’s economic is undergoing some new changes on speed, mode, structure and power. These changes bring new challenges to the development of adult education in the higher education of Chinese medicine in terms of internal structure, school characteristics, management mode and market awareness, etc. Based on the analysis of the current situation of higher adult education of Chinese Medicine in the new normal, this paper puts forward some strategies from the perspective of connotation development, characteristic development, innovation development and demand orientation.
