摘　　要：对电子电气产品生命周期各阶段最新主要的环保法规进行了分析与研究(包含WEEE指令、Ro HS指令、REACH法规、无卤要求、电池指令及包装指令等),对电子电气产品绿色环保供应链应对措施进行了阐述,其中包括:如何制定相关绿色环保产品管理规范、技术标准和标识标准,以及如何应用供应链绿色环保管理体系(包含产品设计的变更、有害物质数据的收集及资料管理,以及产品的采购、制造与检验)。State the main environmental laws for different stages from the life cycle of electronic and electrical products, including RoHS directive, REACH regulation, halogen-free requirement, battery directive, packaging and WEEE directive, and conclude the methods in managing the environmental-friendly supply chain of the electronic and electrical product, which involved how to establish the management standards, technical standards and identification standards of relevant environmentally-friendly products, and how to use the environmentally-friendly management system of the supply chain practically, including technology updates, IT system development, the harmful material data collection and data management and product recovery and recycling etc.
